As we have been providing Quality of Services we have bestowed a lot of Awards and Appreciations by the Port.
a) We were honored by the Port Trust by giving “Best Stevedores Award” for the year 1999 for loading 15300 MTs of Bulk Barytes’ in a single day.
b) We had achieved another record for the handling of 20485 MTs of Mill Scale in 20 hours and the same was published in the “Shipping Times” dated 06.12.2004.
c) During the month of February 2005, we had achieved the record for the handling of 47400 MTs of Barites’ Ore in 43 hours and the same was published in the “Shipping Times” dated 17.02.2005.
d) On 9th April 2005, we had achieved another record for the handling of 45770 MTS of Iron Ore in 44 hours out of which 31500 MTS was loaded on a single day.
e) We have been awarded as “BEST BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP AWARD” for the year 2007 – 2008 by Chennai Port Trust on 15th August 2008 (Independence Day).
f) We have also recorded loading of 30200 MTs of Barites’ Ore in a single day on account of M/s.GIMPEX LIMITED which is a National Record on 23rd September 2008 for the vessel M.V.NORD SPIRIT.
g) We had achieved another milestone by loading 18000 jumbo bags each containing 1.5 tons of barites powder for the vessel M.V.NORD HARMONY at Chennai Port which is the highest so far.
h) During the month of March 2012, we had created a record by loading 9000 MegaTones of Barites’ Powder in Jumbo bags each containing 1.5MTs in a single day per M.V.DENSA LION on account of M/s.GIMPEX LIMITED at Chennai Port which is a National Record.
i) We were awarded as “Best Performance Award” for the year 2011 – 2012 for handling Barites’ Ores and Mill scale by Chennai Port Trust on 15th August 2012 (Independence Day).
j) Recently we were awarded as “Best Performance Award” for record-breaking performance on 26.05.2013 by loading 22066 tons of Mill Scale onto the vessel at Chennai Port on 15th August 2014(Independence Day)
k) During the year 2015, we were awarded the “Best Performance Award” for handling highest tonnage of Cement Clinker at Chennai Port.
We are involved in the operations of many Exporters, who were awarded as best Exporters by various organizations. We were instrumental in getting “RECORD LOADING” into the Ships on several occasions in terms of quantity and time.
